IDF World Dairy Summit 2025 – Registration Information
The IDF World Dairy Summit 2025 will take place at the Hotel Intercontinental in Santiago, Chile, from October 20 to 23, 2025.
What’s Included?
- Full registration: Access to all sessions and exhibitions, the Welcome Reception (Sunday 19th), and lunch & coffee breaks during the event.
- Student registration: Same benefits as full registration at a reduced fee.
- Accompanying person registration: Includes lunch & coffee breaks during the event and Welcome reception.
- Gala Dinner (optional event): Takes place on Wednesday, October 22, at an additional cost of USD 140.
- Farmers Dinner (optional event): Takes place on Tuesday, October 21, at an additional cost of USD 90.
Members of FEPALE or the Chilean National Committee (Minagri, Fedeleche and Consorcio Lechero) are invited to complete the form to access the discounted registration fee.
Technical tours will take place after the summit. You can book your tour during the registration process. More details are available on the Technical Tours section of the website.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. Payments can be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) for participants in Chile or US Dollars (USD) for international participants. If you make a wire transfer, it is important to select "OUR" as the transaction term.
- Cancellations before August 31, 2025: 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Cancellations after August 31, 2025: No refunds will be provided.
Refunds may take up to 15 business days after a formal request is submitted via email to contact@idfwds2025.com. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If this is not possible, the refund will be issued via wire transfer to the account of the original payer.
If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, you may request it after completing your registration by contacting contact@idfwds2025.com.
